We are a small family flooring business. We are local tradesmans specialising in dust-free wooden floor sanding and sealing. We cover Guildford, Farnborough, Woking, and the whole of Surrey.

It’s a pleasure to work in such a beautiful region rich with history. We are proud to bring Surrey’s old floors back to their former glory and we’re glad to see that local people still appreciate the original features of their properties like wooden floors.

The sanding we do is completely dust free. We use a set of top-quality German floor sanders, which allows us to do the job very quickly and with no dust. We always work up to the very edges of your floor with no damage to your skirting boards. Corners and tricky spaces get sanded as well.

Over the years we spent doing floor sanding in Surrey, we’ve realised that every project and every client needs to be approached individually. We can offer full wooden floor restoration service or even sanding only. If you’re willing to do some floor preparation yourself or you’re happy to varnish floors yourself, we are happy to offer a very attractive price for simpler service. And all we need to quote is floor dimensions – everything we do is quoted per square metre.
